OUR FOUNDER
Casey Plasker is a circular economy strategist and the founder of Circularly, a women-led impact consulting firm and Certified B Corp. With over a decade of experience at the intersection of cleantech and circularity, she has helped Fortune 100 companies, startups, and municipalities unlock purpose-driven sustainability strategies. A TRUE Advisor and graduate of Columbia University’s M.S. in Sustainability Management program, Casey is also an active contributor to leading networks such as the US Circular Cities Initiative, NYSAR3, CR0WD, and Build Reuse. Her work spans industries from housing to textiles—always with a focus on creating equitable, community-centered systems for reuse and regeneration.

Erica brings 20+ years of experience building and optimizing complex operational systems across media technology and large-scale transformations. After intentionally stepping back to deepen her understanding of sustainability and circular economy principles, she's now channeling her passion for process, efficiency, and systems thinking into accelerating circular business models. At Circularly, she's focused on building the partnerships and ecosystem connections that move circular solutions from concept to scale.
