To build a network of businesses focused on contributing to a just transition by providing access to affordable, healthy, and resilient spaces for all.

THE PROGRAM

We’re offering a 12-Month program Launched alongside local community planning work in the Hudson Valley, this 12-month program aligned to the Certified B Corp Standards aims to support contractors, developers, architects, and other professionals to collaboratively adopt best-in-class impactful practices required to meet community needs. 

Why We Launched This Programming

We see an opportunity for collaboration and collective problem solving for organizations interested in B Corp Certification within the same industry. Through our work with 1:1 consulting, we learned that: 


  1. Businesses are asking the same questions 

  2. Collaboration is needed in order to overcome impact hurdles that drive deeper levels of impact 

  3. Businesses needed support with reconnecting with community driven projects

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

  • We provide a 12 month weekly plan to help your business align with B Corp Certification standards and hold you accountable through monthly project management calls.

  • We provide 20+ policy and procedure templates aligned with B Corp Certification standards to help guide your organization.

  • We provide 10+ calculation templates for measuring impact within your organization in alignment with B Corp requirements.

  • We provide 1 hour of 1:1 consulting time per month to help you project manage the B Corp work stream and keep you on track. We also provide unlimited email support.

  • We facilitate connections to subject matter experts that can help you achieve deeper levels of impact in specific industry areas.

  • We facilitate a tight knit online community of industry aligned peers going through the B Corp Certification process alongside your business. This community is meant for collaboration and collective problem solving.

  • This programming is designed for architects, contractors, developers, designers, property managers, and other businesses critical to the built environment. Businesses should be for-profit, non-profits organizations with for-profit subsidiaries, or folks interested in creating a for-profit social enterprise are welcome to participate.

  • While our primary focus is on the Hudson Valley, we encourage any businesses that is involved in the built environment in New York State to participate.

  • Yes. While the themes discussed throughout each month are aligned with B Corp Certification standards, this programming will ultimately help you drive meaningful impact through your business and collaborate with others regardless of your intent to certify.
